While waiting for the team to complete their investigation and fix the issue, the team has created some workarounds or solutions, to get around the error and use the Service Desk. The video here (https://somup.com/cZXTFEJkpT) may show a different order of the solutions compared to the text, but both should work as short-term solutions until the team can fully fix the Kanban issue.
Here’s what you can do:
1. Bypass the Cache: You can add ?nocache=1 to the end of the website URL, like this one "https://app.visp.net/ticketManager/?nocache=1". This will reload the page without using old cache files.
2. Clear Your Browser Cache: If the first option doesn't work, try this. Open your browser’s developer tools by pressing F12. Then navigate to the 'Application' section. Look for 'Application > Storage' and select 'Clear Site Data.' After clearing the data, log out of the software and then log back in. This should help get you back to the Service Desk > List section.
3. As a third option, open the application in Incognito mode. This will automatically show your Service Desk in List view. Just a quick reminder: avoid clicking on the Kanban board for now.
We hope this helps! The team is investigating the issue, and
