We've received an update from the IPpay support team that the issue has been resolved. At the moment, the Visp Client Success team is testing the functionality, and everything looks okay. For those who have experienced declines in payments or issues processing refunds previously, you may attempt to do so again. Let us know if you continue to experience issues. You may refresh the app before running a test on your side.

Investigating
We are currently experiencing issues that may be related to IPpay’s reporting site being down. We have contacted IPpay regarding this problem, and their engineering team is actively investigating.
In addition to reporting issues, we have received reports of difficulties processing both payments and refunds through IPpay.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely and provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.
This issue affects all ISPs using IPpay as their merchant processor.
